<p align="justify">Exercise is an important component to overall health and wellness. Just like  our meal plan, we made our exercise guide to be fully customizable and  easy to fit into your schedule. At Natural Wellness we know that you  have a busy schedule, and some of you may not have access to a gym.  This plan was made to work with you. </p>

<p>&nbsp;<br />
Simple changes you can do without going to a gym are:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Use the stairs, instead of the elevator.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>When going shopping, park your car further away from the stores.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>If something is within walking distance, don’t drive.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Try to walk or swim for at least 30 minutes a day.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Try doing calisthenics exercises at home, such as push-ups,pull-ups &#038; sit-ups.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Utilize exercise, aerobic, and yoga videos.<br />
