Breakfast



Our breakfast plan has been designed to work with your schedule and is fully customizable. Whether you are on the go, or preparing meals ahead of time, we’ve got you covered! It’s always good to remember to avoid fried and processed foods, and don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day.


We understand that you are busy and sometimes you will not be able to prepare your own meals. we designed the following chart to help you; so that even when you eat out, you can still eat healthy and MAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS.

On-the-Go Options

Option #B1
Yogurt

Consider plain or Greek yogurt. You may also add fresh fruit for more flavor and nutrients.

Option #B2
Egg Sandwiches

Try to have eggs hard boiled, or scrambled instead of fried. Omit cheese and pork products.

Option #B3
Oatmeal

Many supermarkets now carry easy to-go containers of oatmeal. It’s a healthier alternative to pastries and fast food.

Fresh Fruit Salad

Choose fresh made when possible, and also eat plenty of berries and citrus fruits for vitamins & antioxidants.

Cold Cereal

Whole wheat and multi-grain cereals with skim or soy milk contain vital nutrients. Choose cereals that are high in fiber.

Omelettes

Try egg white variations and consider substituting meats and cheeses with fresh vegetables

Option #B7
Coffee

Try to use less sugar and instead of half and half, use skim or low-fat milk. Fancy coffee drinks are usually high in calories, fats, and sugars, so try to avoid them.

English Muffins

They’re a great variation to regular bread, and contain less fat than croissants and rolls. Consider whole wheat and multi grain varieties.

Fried Foods Cereals with sugar & frosting Pastries and cakes Fancy coffee drinks Croissants and muffins

Meal Plan – Breakfast

1 Slice of whole wheat toast 2 Egg whites ¼ Tsp. 4-in-1 Spices ½ Grapefruit Scramble two egg whites. Cook thoroughly and remove from heat. Top with 4-in-1 Spices. Serve with whole wheat toast and ½ Grapefruit. Try adding ¼ cup of chopped peppers & onions to the egg whites!
½ Cup of old fashioned oats 1 Cup (8 oz) of skim milk (or water) ½ Cup of fresh strawberries and/or peaches, banana, blueberries 1 Tsp. of stevia sweetener or brown sugar (optional) Cook oats according to package directions with milk, or water. May use quick cooking oats if necessary.
8 oz Fat-free yogurt 5 Strawberries, diced ¼ Cup blueberries 6 Almonds, plain & chopped ¼ Low-fat granola (optional) Layer the yogurt, strawberries and blueberries in a small bowl. This parfait style recipe is full of antioxidants and would work great with SliMax™ or SliMor™ products.
1 Egg or 2 egg whites ¼ Tsp. 4-in-1 Spices ½ Bagel, toasted 1 Tbsp. of low-fat cream cheese. Cook egg as desired. Top with 4-in-1 Spices. Set aside. Spread cream cheese on toasted bagel. Serve with a slice of fruit. Try adding 2 oz of smoked salmon and a few slices of red onions to the bagel for more Omega-3 nutrients!
2 Egg whites, beaten ¼ cup chopped broccoli 2 Tsp. feta cheese crumbles 1 Tsp. olive oil In a medium pan, warm olive oil and sauté broccoli over medium heat for 1 minute. Add egg whites and cheese. Fold and continue to cook thoroughly.
¾ Cup of bran cereal ½ Banana ¼ Cup blueberries ½ Cup of skim milk (may use soy milk) Serve your favorite bran cereal with half a banana and blueberries.
